Kaenz is a methodology of aquatic exercises guided by a Virtual Therapist through your cell phone. The Therapist guides you auditorily and with visual help the exercise you will perform, while you can see and at the same time move through your pool. You can select your goal for your sessions such as eliminating pain, reversing diseases, losing weight, toning your abdomen and buttocks, or any specific health condition that you need to solve.


You can perform a free sample exercise, then to access the complete routine sessions you must subscribe for 149 USD per month in order to obtain the Kaenz Kit that will be sent to your home at no extra cost, varied sessions according to your health objective, updates and technical support. You can unsubscribe at any time, if you have already solved your health problem or if you do not require the app at this time.

Requirements:
iPhone 7 onwards.
Access to a swimming pool.
Kaenz Kit.

After subscribing you will receive the Kit in your home without extra charges, the Kit has:
- Mixed reality lens with waterproof protector to place your smartphone in the viewer.
- IPX5 waterproof Bluetooth wireless headset (Resistant to sweat and rain).
- Kaenz belt, EVA rubber float. (It is not necessary to know how to swim).

Kaenz experience:
You enter your pool and go through it seeing all your surroundings, while the virtual therapist guides you through the exercises in an auditory way, also on your screen you will see a circle with the exercise to see how to do it and as a reward for overcoming each exercise, aquatic animals will appear in your screen that you must save with your viewer, at the end of your session you will have a virtual battle with the fearsome "Boracum" that is affecting the fauna of your marine.

You can select between 3 times to carry out your exercise session in the pool:
15 minutes.
30 minutes.
45 minutes.
